Nicolas Guitard was representing the Buyer in the transaction while Barry Flanigan from Bradford Marine was representing the Seller. Nicolas negotiated the purchase price, organized the survey and helped locate the best shipping company to have the yacht delivered and closed at the same time for an easy process. Ohana is now on her way to Cannes, France to be chartered and used privately by her new owner.
